Our Task

A large home care client approached Harger Howe with the need to hire qualified and experienced LPN and PTA candidates. With expanded growth and patient volume the need became critical and timeframe to fill the open positions was a number one priority for the client.

Process

To drive candidates to RSVP a direct mail invitation was designed to look like a wedding invite. Candidates received a beautiful envelope with their name formally printed in script on the front and street and town return address printed on the back flap. The goal was to set this piece of mail apart from others so that it looked official and increased the rate of “opens”.

We mailed this invitation to 6,178 candidates in chosen demographics and supported it with Facebook social media ads, radio advertising and targeted email blast to LPN and PTA candidates in the area.
