Harger Howe Advertising is a two-office agency that specializes in developing and executing strategic recruitment marketing campaigns for our clients in the areas of healthcare, energy, banking, and technology.
We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant – Account Coordinator to support two of our Houston-based Account Managers from our Burlington, MA office. This position is considered one of the most important roles in the agency, as you will be one of the main points of contact for many of our clients. As an Account Coordinator, you will be immersed in the day-to-day requirements of our client work, including proofreading, working with our creative team, posting jobs to job boards, media scheduling and buying, ad production, social media management, scheduling, and trafficking of projects. The role is primarily administrative, but it will also expose you to media buying/research, social media, the creative process, and inbound marketing.
To be considered, you must be a high-energy “type-A” personality who is hardworking, ambitious, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities while exhibiting a keen eye for detail (if you are exceptionally organized, that is awesome). A strong knowledge of social media and proficiency with Macs, Word, and Excel as well as great customer-relations skills, are essential.

This Account Coordinator role will report directly to our two Account Managers in Houston, but also works closely with other account service and creative staff in our Burlington office. This position is based in our office in Burlington, Massachusetts. Compensation will be discussed with qualified candidates.
